Our Refresh Service is £149 + vat and allows the client to shorten the time between lets.

This service involves one of our staff visiting your property and providing the following:

• Replacing mattress covers
• Complete spring clean
• Assess damaged/worn utensils
• Washing and ironing worn linens
• Odour removal
• Bathroom hygiene maintenance

This is a same day service which would make your property suitable for immediate re-let.
